Open enrollment for 2015 ends Feb. 15, 2015, so you can enroll and apply for cost assistance until that date. These can both delay your ability to file your tax return.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Individual Shared Responsibility<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you do not have health insurance and do not qualify for (or fail to apply for) an exemption, you will be required to pay the Individual Shared Responsibility fee.
